Our local councils have cheap (Chinese) granite cobblestones and can not be cleaned. The spots are oil, rubber and fruit refuse market. I am particularly interested in non-toxic, environmental solutions / ideas.

Try some Oxy clean. Wal-Mart, but it has something to clean oil from the messages I forgot what its call, but an orange bad and I know it works very well. I do not believe that it damage the environment if you do not send, and discard it.

I run three nozzles in ceramic concrete and took 26 years of stains and mold from concrete walls and made them appear "empty" or as new!
